Payments

Payments are made securely by PayPal, credit and debit cards are accepted as well as PayPal accounts.
You do not have to register with PayPal to make a purchase with your credit or debit card.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

How do I receive my purchase?

Your order(s) are dispatched by an air shipping courier service (for international orders) and by XEND for local transactions, ensuring your order will be delivered right onto your doorstep.

How soon do I get my purchase?

For items on stock, 2-3 days is the delivery period for local transactions. For our PREMIUM products delivery is after 7 working days.

Any inevitable delay from the side of the shipping company is beyond our control.

 

How much is the shipping cost?

All prices shown on the product page are inclusive shipping costs, except for the following countries, which we will add an additional shipping fee: (to be advised)

Custom taxes and some custom related fees for other countries are excluded; hence you have to pay them separately in your own country.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

Your order will be carefully wrapped with packaging paper to protect your purchase/s after which they are packed into the courier’s packaging bag.

 

Do you deliver in special packaging?

If you wish to request for a special packaging, or have it gift-wrapped, you may do so. We will charge an additional fee, depending on size and weight of the package.

Is my package insured?

Yes, your purchase is insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our headquarters to the specified shipping address. Once your items are delivered and signed for receive, they are no longer covered by the insurance.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched from our headquarters, we will send you a confirmation email that your order has been shipped, along with the tracking details.

Returns and Refunds

Do you accept return items?

We do accept returns in rare cases, given that the product is defective or a different item has been delivered.
